2. Select Security --> Logins --> New Login
3. New Login Dialog Box --> General
4. Login New Dialog --> Server Roles
5. Login New Dialog --> User Mapping

Make SQL Server User Login
1. Open SQL Server Management Studio --> Choose Security Option
